Michelle far exceeded all my expectations throughout my entire home selling and buying experience. She was very professional and always prioritized safety first, during this time of Covid. Michelle provided all the information I needed as input into the listing price of my house i.e. similar house sale prices in the area, upgrades in those houses, market trends etc. She listed on sites, advertised on social media and even walked pamphlets around the neighbourhood. Buying a home during Covid is especially challenging. Michelle walked me through many homes and locations, listening to my comments and preferences. She soon became very intuitive as to what my new home should be and narrowed down the search based on that criteria. When we found ‘the home’, Michelle coached me on all the details of my offer. I’m now so happy with my new home and will never forget the amazing effort and guidance from start to finish that Michelle provided.
